Most study prompts hand you a wall of text. The three codes at the top of this guide hand you something you can actually look at: a six-card flashcard sheet you can screenshot, a sticky-note board you can scan in ten seconds, and a quiz that shows you the thing it’s asking about.

Those three are the ones from the video, written out in full and set up to work on any subject, not just the one on camera. The 18 after them are the text codes that do the rest of the work: understanding a topic, organizing it, remembering it, and surviving the night before an exam.

Every code works the same way. Copy the prompt, fill in what you're actually studying wherever you see [TOPIC], and paste it into ChatGPT. The three visual codes are much longer than the rest. That's on purpose, and it's why they work.

Group 1 See It

The three visual codes. These are the ones that turn a topic into something on screen instead of another paragraph to read.

/flashcards: Turn a topic into a 6-card visual study sheet

Create ONE high-resolution image containing 6 highly visual educational flashcards about [TOPIC]. Choose the 6 most important concepts, people, parts, events, terms, formulas, processes, or ideas someone needs to understand this topic.

Arrange all 6 flashcards together in ONE image using a clean 3-column by 2-row grid. Each flashcard must feel like its own complete learning card, while all six share the same premium visual design language.

CONTENT
Choose 6 concepts that give the learner the strongest overall understanding of [TOPIC].

Order them logically:
1. Most foundational concept
2. Second essential concept
3. Important structure, process, or idea
4. Next major concept
5. Higher-level relationship or comparison
6. Final concept that completes the learner's mental model

For EACH flashcard include:
CARD NUMBER
Large concept or term name
WHAT IT MEANS: explain the concept in one short, simple sentence.
MEMORY TRICK: give one short mnemonic, association, analogy, phrase, or memory cue.
KEY IDEA: give the single most important takeaway in one short sentence.

VISUAL
Each card must contain one dominant visual that directly teaches the concept. Choose the visual format that best fits each individual concept. Examples include:
• Realistic 3D illustration
• Labeled anatomical or technical diagram
• Process graphic
• Timeline
• Map
• Before-and-after comparison
• Cause-and-effect graphic
• Flow diagram
• Object or scene
• Simple data visualization
• Side-by-side comparison
• Cutaway illustration
• Highlighted structure

Do not reuse the same generic visual on every card. Make each concept immediately understandable from the image alone. When useful, highlight the most important part and connect it to one or two short floating labels.

VISUAL STYLE
• Clean, light background
• Premium educational-app appearance
• High-resolution polished imagery
• Large bold titles
• One dominant visual per card
• Minimal text
• Strong visual hierarchy
• Plenty of white space
• Clean editorial typography
• Rounded card corners
• Subtle shadows and depth

• Different accent color for each card when useful

LAYOUT
Create one landscape image containing all six cards. Use this structure:
Top row: Card 1 | Card 2 | Card 3
Bottom row: Card 4 | Card 5 | Card 6

Each card should have approximately equal dimensions.

Within each card:
Top left: large numbered badge
Top: concept title
Left or lower-left: WHAT IT MEANS and MEMORY TRICK
Center or right: large concept-specific visual
Bottom: a clearly separated KEY IDEA section

Make the visuals large enough to remain clear when all six cards are viewed together. Keep supporting text short enough to remain legible.

Do not create navigation arrows, progress dots, carousel controls, buttons, or fake interactive elements. The final result must be ONE cohesive educational image showing SIX complete flashcards at the same time.

Topic: [TOPIC]
Why this one is so long

Fill in your topic wherever you see [TOPIC]. That's the only edit. Everything else is doing a job. The VISUAL block is what stops ChatGPT from putting the same stock graphic on all six cards, the VISUAL STYLE block is what gets you something that looks like a real study app instead of a clip-art worksheet, and the last line is what keeps it from drawing fake buttons that don't do anything. It's tempting to trim this down. Don't. The length is the whole reason it works.

Because all six cards come back as one image, you can save it straight to your phone and study from it anywhere, no app and no logging back in. That's the point of the grid instead of one card at a time.

/stickynotes: Turn a topic into a visual study board

Turn [TOPIC] into a highly visual sticky-note study board. Create 8 large sticky notes arranged like a clean study wall. Choose the most important concepts I need to understand and remember about the topic.

Each sticky note should:
• Cover one simple idea
• Use a short, bold heading
• Include no more than 1 to 2 short sentences
• Explain the idea in simple language
• Include a relevant icon, arrow, mini-diagram, symbol, or visual cue
• Use different soft colors so each note is easy to scan
• Keep the design clean and spacious
• Avoid long paragraphs
• Prioritize information most likely to matter when studying or taking a test

Organize the 8 notes like this:
1. Key concept
2. Key concept
3. Key concept
4. Key concept
5. Key concept
6. Key concept
7. How it works. Show an important process, sequence, relationship, cause and effect, or connection using arrows or a simple visual.
8. Memory trick. Create an easy mnemonic, shortcut, comparison, or memory cue for remembering the topic.

VISUAL STYLE:
Make the final result look like a colorful study board photographed from above.

Include:
• 8 large sticky notes
• Different soft colors
• Simple arrows connecting related ideas
• Small visual cues or mini-diagrams
• One larger visual representing the topic in the center
• Clear visual hierarchy
• Minimal text
• Plenty of spacing
• A polished, modern study aesthetic

Make the board understandable at a glance.

This prompt already works on any subject. Fill in your topic in the two spots marked [TOPIC] and [INSERT TOPIC], and ChatGPT picks the six key concepts for you. Notes 7 and 8 are the ones doing the real work, note 7 forces it to show how the pieces connect instead of listing them, and note 8 gives you the memory hook. Don't cut either one.

/quizme: Run an interactive quiz with a visual first question

Quiz me on [TOPIC] with 6 questions, one at a time. Choose the most important concepts I should know about this topic.

For Question 1 only, create one polished visual question. Choose the type of visual that best fits the topic, such as:
• Diagram
• Map
• Timeline
• Chart or graph
• Labeled illustration
• Historical image or scene
• Process graphic
• Object or structure
• Before-and-after comparison
• Other relevant visual

Use the visual as part of the question. For example, highlight something to identify, show a process to interpret, or present a visual clue I need to understand.

Under the visual, ask one short question and give me four choices: A, B, C, and D. Then STOP and wait for my answer.

AFTER I ANSWER:
• Tell me immediately if I am correct or incorrect
• Give me the correct answer
• Give me one short explanation of why
• Show my running score
• Then immediately show the next question
• Do NOT ask if I am ready
• Do NOT wait for me to type "yes"

QUESTIONS 2 THROUGH 6:
• Use text questions unless I specifically ask for another visual
• Give me four choices: A, B, C, and D
• Ask only one question at a time
• Wait for my answer before revealing the correct answer
• After I answer, give me immediate feedback
• Then automatically present the next question
• Gradually make the questions harder
• Test understanding, not only memorization

AFTER QUESTION 6:
• Show my final score out of 6
• Tell me which concepts I missed
• Briefly explain what I should review
• Give me one short study recommendation based on my results

Why the "do NOT ask if I am ready" line matters

Without it, ChatGPT stops after every single question to check whether you want to continue, and a six-question quiz turns into twelve rounds of typing "yes." That one instruction is the difference between a quiz that flows and a quiz you quit halfway through. Leave it in.

Run all three on the same topic, in order, in the same chat. /flashcards to meet the material, /stickynotes to see how the pieces connect, then /quizme to find out what actually stuck. Because it's one conversation, the quiz already knows what the flashcards covered, so it tests you on the right things instead of guessing.

The Add-On Make Any Code Below Visual

The 18 codes that follow are written to produce text, because text is the right answer for most of them. But any of them can be pushed visual. Paste this at the end of any prompt in this guide:

Give me this as a visual instead of plain text. Use a clean, spacious layout with clear headings, color coding, icons, arrows, and diagrams where they genuinely help. Keep the text short inside each element. Make it something I could screenshot and study from directly.

That one line is why the three codes above work. They aren’t magic commands, they’re normal prompts with the visual instructions spelled out. Once you know that, every code in this guide has a visual version.

Group 2 Understand It

Start here when a topic doesn’t make sense yet. Nothing else on this list works until this part does.

/simplify: Explain a hard topic in simple language

Explain [TOPIC] as if I am learning it for the first time. Avoid complicated language and unnecessary details. Break the topic into small steps, use simple examples or analogies, and point out the 3-5 ideas I need to understand before moving on to anything more advanced.

/teachme: Teach the topic step by step

Teach me [TOPIC] step by step like a great tutor. Start with the basics, then gradually move to the more difficult parts. After each major concept, give me a simple example and ask me one quick question to check whether I understand it before continuing.

/examples: Generate simple examples for a concept

Teach me [TOPIC] using examples. Start with the simplest possible example, then give me three more examples that gradually become more difficult. For each one, explain exactly how it connects to the concept. Finish by giving me one example to solve or explain myself.

/compare: Compare two confusing concepts side by side

Compare [TOPIC 1] and [TOPIC 2] in a simple side-by-side table. Include their definitions, similarities, differences, key characteristics, examples, and the easiest way to tell them apart on an exam. Finish with one memory trick that helps me stop confusing them.

/formula: Explain formulas and when to use them

Teach me the important formulas for [TOPIC]. For each formula, explain what it means, what every symbol represents, when I should use it, and give me one worked example. Also include the most common mistake students make when using each formula.

/timeline: Turn events into a chronological timeline

Turn [TOPIC] into a clear chronological timeline. Include the most important dates, events, people, causes, and consequences. Keep each timeline entry short and easy to remember. Highlight the events most likely to matter on an exam and finish with a quick cause-and-effect summary.
Group 3 Organize It

Turn what you now understand into something you can actually review later.

/studyguide: Turn any topic into a clear study guide

Create a complete study guide for [TOPIC]. Break it into the most important concepts, key terms, definitions, examples, and facts I need to understand for an exam. Keep everything simple, clear, and easy to scan. Highlight the information most likely to be important and finish with a short "What You Must Remember" section.

/keyterms: Extract key vocabulary and definitions

Extract the most important vocabulary from [TOPIC]. Create a list of the key terms I am most likely to need for a test. For each term, give me a one-sentence definition, a simple example, and one clue that helps me recognize it in an exam question.

/summary: Condense notes into the essential points

Summarize [TOPIC] into the smallest amount of information I need to understand the subject. Organize the answer into key ideas, important facts, essential terms, and must-know examples. Remove unnecessary detail and finish with a 5-bullet ultra-short recap I can review before an exam.
Group 4 Remember It

For the material that won’t stick no matter how many times you read it.

/memorize: Create mnemonics and memory tricks

Help me memorize [TOPIC]. Identify the facts, steps, terms, formulas, or concepts that are hardest to remember and create simple mnemonics, acronyms, associations, or memory tricks for each one. Make the memory tricks easy to recall during an exam.

/mistakes: Show common mistakes students make

Show me the most common mistakes students make when learning or answering exam questions about [TOPIC]. For each mistake, explain why students make it, what the correct idea is, and how I can avoid making the same mistake. Finish with a short "Watch Out For These" checklist.
Group 5 Test Yourself

The part most students skip, and the part that actually moves your grade. Reading something again feels like studying. Being asked about it is studying.

/truefalse: Create rapid true/false practice

Create a 15-question true-or-false quiz on [TOPIC]. Ask me one statement at a time and wait for my answer. After I respond, tell me if I am correct and explain why in one sentence. Include some tricky statements that test common misunderstandings, not just obvious facts.

/practiceexam: Generate a mock exam

Create a realistic practice exam on [TOPIC]. Include 15 questions with a mix of multiple-choice, short-answer, and application questions. Make the difficulty similar to a real school or college exam. Do not show the answers until the end. Finish with a separate answer key and short explanations.

/teachback: Test whether you can explain it yourself

Help me use the Feynman technique to learn [TOPIC]. Ask me to explain the topic back to you in my own words. Then identify anything I explained incorrectly, missed, or made too complicated. Correct my explanation and ask me to try again until I can explain the topic clearly and simply.

/likelyquestions: Predict likely exam questions

Act like a teacher writing an exam on [TOPIC]. Generate 10 questions that are most likely to appear on the test based on the core concepts students are normally expected to understand. Include a mix of multiple-choice, short-answer, and application questions. Put the answers and explanations in a separate section at the end.

/weakspots: Find what you need to review most

Test my understanding of [TOPIC] with 8 questions, one at a time. Adjust the difficulty based on my answers. Keep track of what I get right and wrong. At the end, identify my strongest areas, my weakest areas, and the exact concepts I should review next. Then create a short personalized revision plan focused on my weak spots.
Group 6 Right Before the Exam

For when you’re out of time and the only real decision left is what to skip.

/examcram: Pull out the 20% most likely to matter

I have an exam on [TOPIC]. Identify the 20% of information that will help me understand 80% of the topic. Focus on the concepts, facts, formulas, or ideas most likely to matter on a test. Explain each one simply and finish with a "Memorize These Before the Exam" checklist.

/lastminute: Build a quick pre-exam review

I have very little time to study [TOPIC]. Create a 15-minute emergency revision plan. Prioritize the most important concepts first. Break the session into short time blocks and tell me exactly what to review in each one. Finish with 5 questions I should be able to answer before the exam.
